Ho Ho Ho! The Annual Twilight Christmas Rogaine is on again!
We will be holding the event on Wednesday 16th December, from 6 - 9pm.
The start and finish will be in the Heathcote Valley Domain, 40 Bridle Path Road, Heathcote Valley.
There may be an exciting twist (we are just sorting that...which is proving a little tricky while Chris is off racing in Brazil!) and of course all the usual fun festivities of the Christmas Rogaine.... cryptic clues that are not very cryptic and involve reindeer lots of poo, exciting control placements which will have you visiting places you have never been and of course some yummy Christmasy fare to enjoy at the finish line.
The event welcomes all rogaining abilities from beginner to the highly advanced rogainer (of which there are a growing number in Chch thanks to all the rogaines that have been organised lately) and we will ensure there are plenty of controls to be located for everyone. You can rogaine for the whole 3 hours, or finish earlier if you wish.
You can pre-enter with a bank transfer and email.... I will advise details about this asap once the final price details have been confirmed, so stay tuned. Any questions, please email: emily.wall@gmail.com.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
Em and Chris

Course Notes
Hi Everyone,
We have now set out most of the controls and it is shaping up to be a fantastic course, with lots of very cool control sites. Definitely some fun areas to explore! The terrain is a mixture of semi open tops and large areas of native bush.
A good number of the controls in the bush are reasonably near tracks, so there are plenty of options if you are not so confident delving deep into the forest. However, we do have a few trickier controls for the more ambitious teams :)
Afterwards we will be providing some Christmas drinks and nibbles so don't forget to bring a plate, cup and spoon.
